Section 501 ( 50 U.S.C. 1861 ), as amended by section 102 of this Act, is further amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The Government shall compensate, at the prevailing rate, a person for producing tangible things or providing information, facilities, or assistance in accordance with an order issued or an emergency production required under this section. .
