Section 1113(o) of the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 ( 12 U.S.C. 3413(o) ) is amended— by striking
(o)and inserting (o)(1) ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: This title shall not apply to the examination by or disclosure to the Federal Housing Finance Agency or its employees or agents of financial records or information in the exercise of its supervisory or regulatory functions, including conservatorship and receivership functions, with respect to any regulated entity or other person participating in the conduct of the affairs thereof. .
