Section 9006(d) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8106(d) ) is amended— by striking paragraph (1); by redesignating paragraph
(2)as paragraph (1); in the heading of paragraph
(1)(as so redesignated), by striking and inserting Authorization of appropriations ; and Fiscal year 2013 by adding at the end the following new paragraph: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
