Section 408(e) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7628(e)) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section— such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 1999 through 2013; and $7,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
