Effective October 1, 2013, section 1672C of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5925e ) is repealed. Section 251(f)(1)(D) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6971(f)(1)(D) ) is amended— by striking clause (xi); and by redesignating clauses
(xii)and
(xiii)as clauses
(xi)and (xii), respectively.
