Section 1240O(b) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3839bb–2) is amended to read as follows: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2018. In addition to funds made available under paragraph (1), of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use $5,000,000, to remain available until expended. .
