Section 1240 of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3839aa) is amended— in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; by redesignating subparagraph
(B)as subparagraph
(C)and, in such subparagraph, by inserting and after the semicolon; and by inserting after subparagraph
(A)the following new subparagraph: developing and improving wildlife habitat; and ; in paragraph (4), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (5).
