(7)through (10), respectively. Section 531(d)(3)(A) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1531(d)(3)(A)) is amended— by striking
(A)and all that follows through Eligible losses .— An eligible in clause
(i)and inserting the following: An eligible ; by striking clause (ii); and by redesignating subclauses
(I)and
(II)as clauses
