Subtitle A of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1922–1936a ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall make loans to the entities, for the purposes, and subject to the terms and conditions specified in the 1st, 2nd, and last sentences of section 623(a) of the Community Economic Development Act of 1981 ( 42 U.S.C. 9812(a) ). For loans under subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary not more than $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
Section 1323(b)(2) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( Public Law 99–198 ; 7 U.S.C. 1932 note) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by adding and at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking subparagraph (C).
