Section 310B(g)(9)(B)(v)(I) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1932(g)(9)(B)(v)(I) ) is amended— by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 ; and by inserting and not more than 7 percent after 5 percent .
