None of the funds made available in this Act may be used by the Department of Defense— to implement or execute any agreement with the Russian Federation pertaining to missile defense other than a treaty; or to provide the Government of the Russian Federation with any information about the ballistic missile defense systems of the United States that is classified or unclassified by the Department or component thereof.
