Section 214(c)(12)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1184(c)(12)(A) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary of Homeland Security shall also impose the fee described in the preceding sentence on an employer filing an attestation under section 212(t)(1) or employing an alien pursuant to subsection (e). .
