The Secretary of the Navy may acquire all right, title, and interest to property and improvements at Naval Base Ventura County, California, constructed pursuant to section 801 of Public Law 98–115 . Upon acquiring the real property under subsection (a), the Secretary may use the improvements as provided in sections 2835 and 2835a of title 10, United States Code.
