The Secretary of Defense shall submit a report to the Congress on the feasibility of establishing a small business cyber technology office to assist small business concerns in providing cybersecurity solutions to the Federal Government. In this section, the terms small business concern has the meaning given such term in section 3 of the Small Business Act.
