Effective October 1, 2013, section 407 of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 ( 7 U.S.C. 7627 ) is repealed. Section 251(f)(1)(D) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6971(f)(1)(D) ), as amended by section 7212(b), is further amended— by striking clause

(xi)(as redesignated by section 7212(b)); and by redesignating clause

(xii)(as redesignated by section 7212(b)) as clause (xi).
