Section 306(a)(24) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(24) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall consider the benefits to communities that result from using loan guarantees in the Community Facilities Program and to the maximum extent possible utilize guarantees to enhance community involvement. .
