Section 304(c) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1924(c) ) is amended by inserting after limited liability companies the following: , or such other legal entities as the Secretary deems appropriate, . Section 304(e) of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1924(e) ) is amended by striking 75 percent and inserting 90 percent . Section 304(h) of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1924(h) ) is amended by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 .
