Section 7407(d)(2) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 5925c(d) ) is amended— in the heading of such paragraph, by striking and inserting 2012 ; and 2018 by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 . Section 2122 of the Organic Foods Production Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 6521 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The Secretary shall modernize database and technology systems of the national organic program. . Effective October 1, 2013, section 2123(b)(6) of the Organic Foods Production Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 6522(b)(6) ) is amended to read as follows: $11,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
Effective October 1, 2013, section 10606 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 6523 ) is repealed.
