Section 1240A of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–1 ) is amended by striking paragraph

(3)and redesignating paragraphs

(4)through

(6)as paragraphs

(3)through (5), respectively. Section 1240A of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–1 ) is further amended in paragraph (4)(B) (as redesignated by subsection (a))— in clause (i), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating clause

(ii)as clause (iii); and by inserting after clause

(i)the following new clause: comprehensive conservation planning; and .
