Section 610 (as redesignated by section 1307 of this Act) is amended by striking paragraphs

(1)through

(5)and inserting the following: $2,400,000,000 for fiscal year 2014; $2,700,000,000 for fiscal year 2015; $2,800,000,000 for fiscal year 2016; $2,900,000,000 for fiscal year 2017; and $3,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2018. .
