Section 214(c)(2) ( 8 U.S.C. 1184(c)(2) ), as amended by section 4302, is further amended by adding at the end the following: For purposes of approving petitions under this paragraph, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall work cooperatively with the Secretary of State to verify the existence or continued existence of a company or office in the United States or in a foreign country. .
