Not later than September 30, 2013, and annually thereafter for the next 8 years, the Secretary shall submit a report to Congress that identifies, for the previous fiscal year— the number of aliens who applied for blue card status; the number of aliens who were granted blue card status; the number of aliens who applied for an adjustment of status pursuant to section 245F(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as added by section 2212; and the number of aliens who received an adjustment of status pursuant such section 245F(a).
