Section 810 of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act ( 16 U.S.C. 6809 ) shall be applied by substituting on the date that is 1 year after the date specified in section 106(3) of the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2015 for 10 years after the date of the enactment of this Act .
