Sec. 05.25.090. Penalties.
(a)Except as provided in
(b)of this section, a person who violates a provision of this chapter or regulations adopted under this chapter is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
(b)A person who violates AS 05.25.010 (d), 05.25.020(b), or 05.25.055 is guilty of a violation, as defined in AS 11.81.900 , and may be fined up to $50.
(c)The supreme court shall establish by order or rule a schedule of bail amounts for violations under
(b)of this section that allow the disposition of a citation without a court appearance.
