Sec. 46.03.308. Transportation of hazardous waste.
(a)Hazardous waste may not be transported in the state unless the waste is accompanied by the uniform hazardous waste manifest required under 42 U.S.C. 6922 — 6923 or other applicable federal law.
(b)[Repealed, § 15 ch 71 SLA 1997.]
