Sec. 45.56.100. Securities registration requirement.
A person may not offer or sell a security in this state unless
(1)the security is a federal covered security;
(2)the security is registered under this chapter; or
(3)the security or transaction is exempt from registration under AS 45.56.110 — 45.56.160.
