Sec. 41.17.220. Management of state forests.
Land within a state forest or within a unit of a state forest shall be managed under
(1)the sustained yield principle;
(2)this chapter;
(3)a forest management plan prepared by the department; and
(4)if applicable, a carbon offset project undertaken by the department under AS 38.95.400 — 38.95.499.
