Sec. 40.19.050. Uniformity of application and construction.
To the extent the provisions of this chapter follow the Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act
(1978)they shall be applied and construed to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this chapter among the states enacting it.
