Sec. 38.95.430. Carbon offset revenue.
Twenty percent of the revenue generated from the carbon offset program shall be deposited into the renewable energy grant fund ( AS 42.45.045 ). The remaining 80 percent of the revenue from the carbon offset program shall be separately accounted for under AS 37.05.142 and may be appropriated by the legislature.
