Sec. 38.05.795. Definitions.
In AS 38.05.700 — 38.05.795, unless the context requires otherwise,
(1)“carbon storage” means the underground storage of carbon dioxide in a carbon storage reservoir;
(2)“enhanced oil or gas recovery” has the meaning given in AS 41.06.210 ;
(3)“reservoir” has the meaning given in AS 41.06.210 .
