Sec. 38.34.099. Definitions.
In this chapter,
(1)“Alaska Gasline Development Corporation” means the corporation created under AS 31.25.010 ;
(2)“in-state natural gas pipeline” and “natural gas pipeline” have the meanings given in AS 31.25.390 .
