Sec. 24.45.135. Administrative complaints.
(a)A person may file a written complaint alleging that a violation of AS 24.45.121 — 24.45.171 has occurred or is occurring.
(b)Complaints filed under
(a)of this section must be filed within five years after the date of the alleged violation.
