Sec. 15.13.086. Authorized makers of expenditures.
An expenditure
(1)authorized by or in behalf of a candidate may be made only by
(A)the candidate; or
(B)the candidate's campaign treasurer or a deputy campaign treasurer;
(2)authorized by AS 15.13.067
(3)by or in behalf of a group may be made only by the group's campaign treasurer.
