Sec. 11.46.670. Commercial bribery.
(a)A person commits the crime of commercial bribery if, knowing that another is subject to a duty described in AS 11.46.660
(a)and with intent to influence the other to violate that duty, the person confers, offers to confer, or agrees to confer a benefit on the other.
(b)Commercial bribery is a class C felony.
